A few more points:
Remodeling is currently underway on both the Fitness Center
and facilities on the 23rd Floor ... which are referred to as "Club 252"
... that floor is 252 feet in elevation.
The Fitness Center is getting new equipment and flooring.
Club 252 is more of a general remodel to make the conference room and Sky Lounge, the BBQ patio,
into a more effective space for both small and large group usage and a broad range of activities.
No special assessment is involved. Projects are being financed out of general reserves.
Regarding sun exposure, the south-east exposure of unit 1810 is ideal.
South-facing class of Unit 1810 is NOT exposed to sun in summer.
In summer, sun goes north of overhead mid-day, shining on unit glass only in AM up until about 10 AM.
In winter, south-facing glass is exposed to sun mid-day, helping to warm unit.
It is units with west-facing glass that have sun exposure issues.
Regarding utilities and internet
- It's an all-electric building, no natural gas.
- Cooling is by means of a central chilled water system
- Charges for APS electricity and chilled water are both billed same as any utility.
